That song is powerful, direct, and true. Thanks for writing it. The CD grew legs of course. Some other veterans and I visit schools and one of them mentioned being stationed with some ARVN at a smaller hill nearby, Nui Ba Da. Some of his buddies were shooting down the hill at some Vietnamese & the ARVN told them to stop shooting "We have a deal with them, we don't shoot down the hill and they don't shoot up the hill" A pretty good deal. I was at Phu Loi Base Camp '71-'72, about 1/2 way between Tay Ninh and Saigon area. Regards - Lewis
